Mmm... I generally regard analysts as just an indicator and wouldn’t base an investment decision on their targets alone, but I wouldn’t discount them completely either. Especially when the market is so clearly influenced by ratings coming out of the likes of Goldman Sachs, Morgans, Deutch Bank, etc – who are among the analysts in the chart. They’re not the Oracle of Delphi, but I wouldn’t go as far as calling them blithering entry level morons.
