I think the way the current Federal Government operate, China relations and future tightening pose major impediments.
Management not doing simple things like ANN that they got product into retailers.....that sort of thing, lack of communication. Flip side of that I have seen many Woolworths shelves bare of other formula, and Bellamy's left behind. Maybe a marketing/price perception problem for end consumers??? (Me speculating) Another major ASX brand was left behind too, but I will not comment on that, as I have not traded it.
AGM management indicated a tough time ahead. I do not think they are trying to under promise and over deliver. I think they are bracing you for a big old serving of depreciation, and falling sales, and whoops, we spent the cash on R&D along with marketing of new products.
Honestly the basketball is a big community thing and a lot on the register would reside in the hometown.
Ahhh what would I know.
I just do not see much of a bounce of Bellamy's basketball
