    Retails were still in $7.50 - $8.00 ping pong mode; and shorts were banking on abusing that one more time.

    AFR article saying Chinese "delayed" the implementation of the new laws gave struggling shorts a gift (The article is positive on the surface. But it's not a "delay", it's the new policy). Coincidence?
