Actually no it doesn't. A lower low, lower high, low volume, high RSI, High BB position, turning MACD.... what exactly looks like its going to run to 12$ on? Big boys are not buying until these indicate a buy. But if they do, your trigger is that 10.80 mark on good volume and show of buy strength.
