    No dividend no rush to cover not like HVN 7% return shorts have to pay if they dont cover by XD. Looks like many shorts betting SAMR will be delayed. Few are  covering atm rather than increase margin. Me, i  bought another 50K parcel @ 10.68 this morning. Going against instinct at this price but too exciting not to be riding the highs and lows.
