    BAL momentum is building up nicely with a strong buy signal on daily, hourly and weekly chart with strong buy on all technical indicators such as MACD, ATR and RSI .The major resistance is $9.04 and $9.76 with major support been $7.28.   I believe we may be seeing the downtrend ending shortly.
