    Hi punter, were are way too far of VEC now.

    I might offerer advise for free, someone may or may not act on it, we may or may not win a tender. Someone might present my free advise to another contractor. If I was not successful, how would I know if they did? My work is governed by law. But in saying that, there will be different way of doing any particular job.
