Firstly, I don’t get paid to tender, quote or estimate a price for a job.

Secondly, in the corse of looking at a job, advise will be or could be offered with no payment or guarantee of being the successful tenderer. And I don’t get paid for that either.

While this is worthy of a discussion, ie: The way these free research reports are offered around with no recourse, when they are generally paid for by the company the report is about and they offer price targets or ranges! But seeing it’s way off topic as far as VEC goes we might have to leave it here(?)
