    This is true. Every broking firm I have worked at, and every other broking report I have seen, has these disclaimers.

    Its why broker reports are crap and how companies get away with getting paid to pump them out.

    One distinction here is that there isnt a buy/hold/sell rec but even then its all just considered general advice.
