If this was in Australia and under the control of either NST, SAR or EVN, it would be valued in the billions, that's the tantalising thing about this project-- but its not and its all about getting the finance which a previous director said we had, and that is the whole issue with this stock.
If the current directors can get reasonable finance, this is real cheap, if not - then..........
