You're right, on any given day the market is never wrong. Just depends which day you're talking about really... was the market wrong when this traded at 4c? was it wrong when it traded sub 1c? no, because it reflected the conditions of the time and hence whilst the market isn't wrong today at 1.4c it may in fact seem that was wrong if the sp recovers back above the 2c mark...
