That’s a standard disclaimer that goes on the bottom of reports. Engineering companies put it on their reports I see it all the time at work. It stops idiots suing everyone because they misinterpreted or. misunderstood the report as predicting the future and things didn’t work out for them.
The same as some here are assuming it’s a guaranteed prediction lol. Wouldn’t that be nice, 100% guaranteed!
