Ah yes, shareholders are revelling in the wealth of their prudently managed investment through sheer virtue of the thoughtfulness of VEC management and their transparent disclosures.

It most certainly isn't the case that Magna popped up almost 3 months after VEC directors claimed their acquisition bonuses for an aquisition that hadn't been completed at the time, nor as a result of FT not providing the previously announced finances.

VEC: prudent, caring, thoughtful and all about the shareholders.

P.S. Maybe they haven't announced the deal falling over yet because of their "shareholder prudence".
