    What??!! You mean the lender that was going to advance US$35m for the purpose of completing the acquisition of A-K and funding the DFS wanted security for the repayment of their money and that their money was going to be used for the specified purpose??
    That's outrageous!! let's hope the banks don't catch on to that idea!! rolleyes.png
