    have to allow extra days for ASX to approve the NoM and by now it would need sign off by all board members via circular resolution .... so somewhere between 32-35 days from historical references.. I'd say they're in at ASX via co Sec waiting on that tick ... so it gets out latest Monday if not today after market ...
