The FT fell over - apparently - funding was secured via the assets as announced in the terms, with VEC lawyer going to finally tick of all clear and VEC was going to announce such at a later time, i never seen it though, i may have missed it : )
Presume Magna have now total security over assets at this stage as per the ambiguous announced imo the magna terms.
