Not really. Comparing it to some giant profit number to make it small doesn't make the issue go away.
The issue is that you have A$8m of debt that needs to be repaid and if you can't roll it over that is a 25% dilutionary event. Guess what, existing holders shares of "$5bn of profits" just became $3.75bn, and so on and so forth until they stop giving confetti giveaways to progress this project.
