    Unless VEC explain all the reasons in detail and not with ambiguous wording or any spin, I think it’s pointless discussing it! Because we may ever know the answers!

    It is what it is,to date, a non event that may or may not eventuate, who knows?


    Magna is the biggest issue now! If VEC don’t get shareholder approval by the deadline there is a lot of money to be repaid within 5 days! Can you imagine the penalties that could be applied if Magna don’t get the required shareholder approval and VEC cannot repay the debt?

    I would assume and hope it will be approved. Or other finance

    As Big K noted, the c notes were first announced at ~$4.7m and it was recently stated they are worth ~$5.7m


    Oh and as a note - This type of discussion could influence a non holders thoughts either way. And that’s what HC is meant to be about, not just warm and fuzzy feel good stuff that cheer squads like.
