    here is the original announcement confirming FT General, so far I can find no evidence to support the theories that FT are no longer involved, Magna was always a back up solution and there interest and terms were set out, but no where can I find that FT General is out and Magna is 100% in https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20181017/pdf/43zbddccl95m0d.pdf
