You're referring to the cleansing prospectus that says: "2.1 - Under this Prospectus, the Company invites investors identified by the Directors to apply for up to 10,000 new shares at an issue price of $0.05 per new share to raise up to $500. ... 2.2 - The Company is seeking to raise only a nominal amount of $500 under this Prospectus and, accordingly, the purpose of this Prospectus is not to raise capital."
(my underlining)
So if what you're saying @@rastes is that the company can still issue more shares up to 23/4/19 pursuant to the cleansing prospectus dated 21/01/19, then doesn't it follow that any such shares must be issued at $0.05 per share?? If so, what's the big drama if VEC went on to raise more capital at close to 5x the current SP??
