Yes i have i believe reasoning for calling the date, see in announcemet 24/01/2019.
Uno those sneeky Cleasing Prospects, i have committed on those handy ambiguous tools available before and as right now the usual few cheerleaders mock/etc anyone that points out *possibilities to consider that they don't want to hear or other folks.
Anyways in *short. Coz we are finishing of a very lage concrete pour,,

VEC can issue what i said under that cleansing prospects up to pre that closing date 23/4/19 and only have to issue a 3b notice. If cap raise after that they will have to do up another Cleansing prospectus and not just simply a cleansing notice coz they have been in a suspension more tha 5 days this year.
But all shareholders would have realized that of coz. Yes ? : )
