    That's if EVERYTHING goes in their favour.

    If BHP paid a favourable broker to forecast $684 as a price target, would they be scrutinised?

    I would think so, which suggests the report is misleading.

    In fact, I don't think I've ever seen a broker predict a near 20 bagger on a stock ..... and I've seen some doozies.
