Baggins - remember if you please that it was the previous directors of CHM that stuffed the company up and sent it into liquidation. The current board are the sharp ones by firstly getting it out of bankruptcy, cleaning up most of the tenement claims,promoting the legal action against the already stated parties and by the way quietly doing professional work on the tenements that they have in their possession. Their lawyers AH are extremely good at what they do (track record) and in addition the security for costs recently stated in the court are by no means onerous. As for a previous comment that one of the now previous directors has left a sinking ship is factually incorrect. He has a lot of other things to do in the corporate world and one thing he certainly won't be doing is reading comments about CHM on this chatsite - after all most of it is utter nonsense written by people with IQ's probably in the 15-20 range.
