But it is getting there slowly

Meetings with the DMG-Udaipur and Minister of Mines took place during the quarter with a view to expedite the DMG’s approval of the Hindoli Reconnaissance Permit application.

Now that the case for the Aravalli Project ML has been submitted to the Supreme Court in India we will get a resolution .................... eventually.
If the Supreme Court doesn't award the mining licence then a substantial settlement could be claimed, as IRL has carried out the drilling and performed as requested.

The Aravalli Project is made up of three components:

? The Aravalli Lead – Zinc Mining License (ML), applied for after the expiration of the Aravali reconnaissance permit (RP) RP1/2004. IRL’s wholly owned subsidiary Crown Mining Private Limited (Crown) has the preferential right to be granted the ML.

? The Sathuddia Prospecting License (PL) application located within RP1/2004.

? The newly accepted but yet to be executed Hindoli reconnaissance permit.


No doubt we'll be reading all about it when the March Quarterly is released next week.

Most likely a Quarterly well worth reading, could be a few surprises.
