Heads down to 5.5 cents and now people dumping options at 0.3 cents the announcement has had no effect. Can it get any worse for holders! It will be interesting to see now if anyone bothers supporting the SPP as nothing seems to get investors excited about OEX. Even if the recent announcements are legit I think most investors view RM a bit like the fable of the boy who cried wolf! Maybe he is telling us the truth this time but nobody is believing him or the announcement even though in the announcement it says "Commercial development of Cambay Field Feasible"
