With the price of Brent - possible the worst time in 5 yrs to have good oil news and raise capital. On the upside the next 2 -3 production / appraisal wells will take 2 -3 yrs to drill on present form and Brent may be back at past highs... Domestic gas still a great idea though - but the kicker was oil and the kick is diminished.
book reserves and resist a take over at low prices? Wait til the market stabilizes.
