U mining is inevitable. it will happen.
can you imagine if coal was mined all around the world and used in power stations and we even mined it here in australia but we said only 3 mines are allowed because this will somehow stop the proliferation of coal powered weapons???

we will ban gold mining next or maybe iron ore because is used to make steel which is also used in weapons of mass destruction.
