I think by welshing on the offers D&C will have buried any chance they may have had in court.
It appears theyre just stalling the inevitable for a few more weeks.
Going to court will cost D&C. They do themselves no favours if they dont follow through on any of their offers.
D&C risk ending up with nothing may and have to pay SRK a penalty payment along with the project.
