I Doubt that D&C will come up with the cash nor a willing partner.Their statergy now will be to go to the courts, stall and then try to do an out of court settlement to allow Strike to progress.This way they still may get a piece of the pie. Its a big gamble but looking at past actions from D&C I have no doubt that they have something up their sleeve. Lets hope that Strike have dotted their i and crossed their tee's.

I hope that I am wrong and it is a straight forward process once they default.
