I suspect Ron is a good engineer doing an overall good job .
His choices are probably to do what the Edinburgh Mafia tell him or resign and if any of us were that close to retirement what would we do ?
I doubt he saw the wind-back transaction coming .
Maybe give Cambay to Magna in return for a cash consideration plus cancellation of their Oilex shares and spend the lot on the Canning .
