    the good think here is: they have to pay us the $100 for our shares and repay our $35m loans if we loose.
    remenber that the $35mil is secured loans so there is no change they defalt on that.IMO we have nothing to worry about either way,all good things in life comes to those who wait.

    It would be a screaming buy at these levels.
