    Yes have to really feel for all those living on Wondoola - when its your place of work and home seeing that devastation is very hard , and the sheer scale of it is hard to comprehend.
    There is an article in The Australian putting the losses into context though much is still unknown . Keeping the cattle fed is another huge challenge for the staff. It seems the other affected Gulf stations (Canobie ,Dalgonally etc) will be OK - described as "more of a regular flooding."
     Wondoola might  represent about 5-7% of assets so even if the land and cattle were a complete write off (which clearly they are not as they still have the land) then the damage is probably more than reflected in yesterdays 12% share price fall.
