Not paying the 2nd 2 cents dividend killed this company and any credibility it ever had....the sp slide from 10 cents to 1.1 cents indicated the extent of the public distaste along with sages mystery 100 million share deceased estate purchase at 1.0 cents (to protect his butt at the then upcoming agm) when the actual sp was 2 cents
