I assume by 'Kriktik' you meant 'critique'??
The critique is justified given that the management are paid very handsomely, more handsomely than others in charge of similarly capped companies, and they have not successfully delivered on anything for quite some time, aside from a few acquisitions that have all stalled and do not appear to be progressing.

I agree that the projects on the company's balance sheet are quality projects, but they are not being progressed with the degree of vigour that one would expect from a small cap mining company that has been languishing for a few years now.

I agree with Raven's sentiments, that management will be appropriately praised when they deliver results on the projects they've acquired.
