    Kosenar,
It was a rhetorical question. Hence the answer addressed to Dorothy Dix.
I can't understand for the life of me why the market is letting these guys get away with converting debt to equity at 7 cents. If the market slips back to this level then isn't that what's happening?
Maybe FX is correct and only the mugs remain, however I think mugs generally follow the herd and I have never been one to just follow conventional wisdom. In the last couple of years my SMSF's speculative allocation got into MAD at 23 cents and out on average at $1.29. Likewise into AMA at 11 cents and the SMSF got a nice dividend cheque from that one this morning! I might have to transfer the AMA holding to the core pool now! Here is a real contrast in management and governance methodology by small companies....real chalk and cheese. If you have time have a look at AMA's governance stuff on their web site. What we're asking for from the NSP Board on the governance front is neither rocket science nor necessarily all that difficult for a micro company.
Maybe NSP will prove to be my undoing when it comes to speculating, but I will buy more at these levels, if everything else remains equal, to try to ensure my holding is not further diluted by "shenanigans"
    Kind regards,
