Hi rojames, why do you think this is a manipulation by the company?
If you were correct then there would be severe consequences for the company and its directors/shareholders.

Isn't it a possibility that shareholders in general have just lost patience and are moving onto other opportunities?
I agree that the opportunity in EXE is still in place, but its just not fitting the time frame expectations of a lot of investors/speculators
