It is not really fine to put blame banks. Yes banks should lose their money if they foolishly invested (loaned) money to business people like Mr Lavis and co but Lavis and Co went looking for cash to grow without real, workable and competent business plans. Let the buyer beware!

How many more notices will we see from CEC saying they can't post their returns due to the cyclone, GFC, too sunny, too rainy, had a cold, got a blister on a big toe or any other of their wonderful excuses.
