Peter Plus. That was a great question and it is a pity I didn't act on your question. It now looks like the company will not survive. The last announcement stated the creditors are circling but what they didn't state is they have a plan to hold them off long enough to raise capital or make additional asset sales.
What a mess so me thinks time to tear up the useless CEC paper
