I agree with everything in your post, re: volume, floods etc, but can you explain to me why you feel WDS may now be starting to appeal to a different type of investor, ie dividend seekers.

Jet328 posted his total opposition to the payment of a dividend, I'm not sure I totally understand the angle he is coming from with his comment, surely all investors irrespective of the stock hope for a dividend along with an increase in s/p.

Finally, I agree with your comment re the s/p being under valued. Surely with a positive announcement or two, which cant be all that far away,the s/p will trend up, and quickly.
