Oh I wish that were true, however I'd say not. Not to say I don't think CNX has the eventual capability once up and running various UCG projects to possibly even exceed LNG. But the reality is this will be a slow project. I expect we will be over-sighted every step of the way and panel installation may be in stages. Not that I mind all that much, as it is more liable to garner further success interstate and overseas.

I once did rough figures and ended up equating each project at 10-15c ps based on up front fees and royalties only. With Blue Gum at equivalent of around 4 projects as we own the Coal and should be getting a larger slice of the pie other than just Royalties, also the way Gas prices are going we may pick up and extra dollar or so per GJ.

I do think the Consultant's response was a tad long in getting here, but that's just my whinge. It may be that the share price could hover between 0.045 and 0.050 for the time being.

Things are definitely looking positive with this step and for my money just a matter time. Not quite the extent of the Xmas present I wanted, but I 'll take it and unwrap the rest Q1 next year.

I'm glad CNX were finally able to give us news.
