IMO is not so much a case of couldn't care but more of once bitten twice shy thanks to Molycorp and Lynas. One went bust and the other almost followed it with stocks still over 90% down from its peaks. Unfortunately not exactly an endorsement for investing into RE stocks .
We need someone like Musk to put the spotlight on the RE sector.
