local talk says thats the case.. for me i have expected an acceleration when the two permits appeared, thats one too many.

something i have had in the back of my mind post the results from the first three wells, would the operator accelerate things or not.. my view on things was there was every likelihood of the operator moving ahead into a different phase.

i like what i saw with the permits in the rrc over the past months and i like what i am seeing now in karnes county
