kennedy did 4.39 mmcfpd and 1132 bopd off 2000 feet


Whilst these initial rates are very encouraging, the following points should be noted:-
This is an initial production rate during clean up and is not yet indicative of a short or long term production profile.
The well still has considerable fluids to recover from the fracture stimulation operations.
The well is flowing from approximately 2,200 ft of stimulated Eagle Ford Shale with the remainder of the 4,000 ft horizontal liner isolated and not contributing.
The well is currently producing through the 7" production casing, with a production tubing string to be installed in due course.

easley is drilling 6334 foot lateral


i am pretty impressed with the result of the kennedy 2000 foot ip rate and when you consider the well was drilled was differently to what easley will be, and a massive slick water frac will be implemented on easley as well..

even though next to no talk, nor any consideration is being directed on the free carried well that hilcorp is drilling, it still doesnt mean that the first of 3 free carried wells for adi wont figure at some stage in the further valuation of adi in the future,,


my view is that the impressive ip rate of kennedy may well be tripled in the kennedy well, which in itself set some sort of astounding record.. 3000+ bopd @ $80 oil makes for some impressive numbers.. $240,000 per day..

i know this is pure speculation, but the upside imho has yet to sink in for many on what potential the sugarkane holds for the jvp
