The weather in Texas has been awful over the last couple of weeks. Snow to the north and SE which probably means slush everywhere else.
If so, the access roads to the drill sites won't be useable. They don't like to rut them up because of the large tonneage they need to haul over the roads and some delicate equipment. Therefore any movement of rigs has probably been suspended.
