Well, the danger at selling at 54 is if a higher offer comes, say 60.
if you think the vote will fail, then you should wait for the price to go back to 45.
any way you go there is risk - but you may also get lucky.
in my experience the market is the best judge of outcomes, but still gets it wrong plenty of times.
good luck, l am holding and expect a NO vote, but last minute higher offer could always eventuate.
