With all jokes aside this project was always going to take 6-12 months to complete the dewatering.

I'm really not expecting any fire works till early second half of the year.

I took a small parcel of my holdings and I've been selling and buying back for the last 3 months.

I've virtually got my initial investment back and now have a free ride to pay day.

It was never my intention, but I saw that that's what the instos were doing so I've been doing the same.
