I think for a lot of people it will come down to what's in the next monthly. If they are seriously cutting cash burn and looking like turning it around then another month of positive cash flow could move sentiment back northwards.
They still have cash, projects, IP and the potential of a big payout from the government - so whilst they are seriously hemorrhaging right now, they still could turn back around.
It's all about whether they can stay alive right now. Positive cash flow is king.
