Xero at around March 2009 had about AMR of $3.5m per year (NZD). Market cap was $50m.
A couple of months after it raised $23m and market cap was $130m as the shares rallied.
I think LVT market cap is fair for a SAS based business that is in early stage growth.
If LVT raised a similar amount, let's say $20m at 25 cents, this would add 80m shares. Total shares would be 400m. Given the above you would expect LVT market cap to be around the $130m-$150m, or 32.5c - 37.5c per share.
