You only however need to watch the idiot box these days to know that O/S markets rose a huge amount 2 nights ago on rumours of QE3.
As I posted yesterday, that was never going to happen.
As for PLA it is back down to 7.9c today for a combination of micro and macro events (or non events in this case).
