This underwriting is just a back door takeover. The same deal was proposed to AVI shareholders with the underwriting by the major shareholder. Go and read the AVI story, same deal. It was ultimately blocked by ASIC after a complain from another minor shareholder. I must have a knack for picking these types of companies (2 in one year). So where is ASIC now or do they need an objection from some shareholder before they act?
